Steve wk3 Monday report

Did alright yesterday. Morning biked but had to stop due to cramps from trip, then tried to stretch but stopped due to cramps also. Laid down the rest of the day. Ate 240 breakfast poached eggs and toast, Ate 300 gumbo and crackers for lunch, 3x 100 calpax, Grilled boneless skinless chicken breast w/ greenbeans and corn dinner @300 more, 2 more x100calpax, and pudding cup 100, total 1440, over due to excessive snacking. Will watch that today. So far had 250 calories from oatmeal this morning. Plan to eat fruit and chees tray for lunch and fish for dinner.
