Day 12 - Paula - Oh yeah I'm good

Let me just say that it is hard to eat out twice in a day and not get crazy - the temptation is soo there. So I did not eat breakfast (a granola bar) because it just did not interest me. Avoided the donuts and everything else at church - yes they are Shipley's. We all went to lunch at Pei Wei - but after looking at the menu I did not want anything and most things had rice which is usually high but I love sooo much I just decided not to eat anything - that was ok I had the granola bar in my purse. Then I looked over a Lee and I was like where did the burrito come from? Freebirds next door is the answer. Woot woot - our old friend from the downtown area - I knew what I could eat there within reason.

To Freebirds I went - even though it was very slow I got my halfbird, now called the hybrid - who knows why, with cheese, white chicken, roasted veggies and salsa - 447 - yum yum. It filled me up and the next time I go back I have enough for my free Freebirds t-shirt - woohoo.

Then came home time - otherwise known as nap time on Sundays - and then dinner at La Casona - yes the usual Sunday Mexican meal. This Sunday I had a few more calories to work with - so I got chicken fajitas - yes of course I prefer beef - so I had two tortillas, chicken, grilled onions, about a big tablespoon of avacado and 3 chips with salsa - the meal rounded to 660 for a today total of 1107.

Rock it.

I am still looking forward to my 1st cheat day on the 32nd dat May 8th - yes I am crazy, but it gives me a 30 day good choices goal.

Changing one walk down to Freebirds at a time.
