Week 2 Beginning Weigh In - Lee

I weighed 264.2 pounds this morning.  Started this off at 269.4, so a 5.2 lbs loss this week!!

I'm going to implement something that may not be for everyone, but I think will help me and has in the past.  I used to do an entire cheat day for food, but this time around I'm going to do one cheat meal a week.  It will likely be a weekend thing, though ideally I'd do it Wed or Thurs night.

I'm pretty happy with a 5 lb loss in the first week, but it could be better that's for sure.

I'm sitting in a Starbucks downtown and waiting for an interview.  Wish me luck!

  1. cheat days for me spiral into cheat weeks, so I will not be cheating if I can avoid it. You should work out on those cheat days! :) good luck!
