Day 23 - Paula - How to plan for a kolache

So I had some milk (195) in the morning - this just made the schedule a little tighter. When I got to work what was there?? Kolaches - not just any kolaches, but sausage, sausage and cheese, and the big dog bacon, egg and cheese. These are not just good but FABULOUS! So I looked up the Kolache Factory nution listing - and was I surprised - not really - the big dog rings in at a whopping 400 calories. So of course I needed to have it. Then the planning begins - I wrote down what I had to eat for the day, did some calculation - and throughly enjoyed my big dog kolache. Yum. Let's just have a moment of silence for it's deliciousness.

Ok enough time. The rest of the day was pretty normal. Banana (100), tuna (150), tangaloo (50), some chicken (100), corn (120), and a bite of bread (20) - for a total of 1135.

Wahoooooo!!!!

Changing one kolache (no longer 2 or even 3 - there is no wonder why I need to lose weight) at a time.
