Day 13 - Lee

Breakfast - Umm, so it's not a real breakfast, but I have an awful sweet tooth.  An Oatmeal Cream cookie - (310 Total Calories)

Lunch - KFC Grilled Chicken 2 breasts and a wing 460 calories and a small potato wedges 260 calories - 720 calories (1030 Total Calories)

Dinner - Chick Fil A, technically this hasn't happened yet, but this is what it will be -  Chick Fil A chicken sandwich with wheat bun, medium fries and an ice cream cone for 950 calories (1980 Calories)

Ate a little more ice cream than I intended, but pretty close on the day

  1. fries, fried chicken, ice cream, oatmeal cream cookie, potato wedges. Perhaps it's time to think healthier, you are going to clog your arteries and it won't matter if you are skinny. Plus it will be easier in the long run to keep the fat off for good this time instead of yo-yo-ing if you are eating healthier for life and not just eating less crappy food. My 2 cents...love you!
