Day 20 - Lee / Monday Weigh In

Weigh in 260.2 - Not what I wanted, but what I expected, I did a terrible job last week

Breakfast - Prime Rib skillet with egg whites at Denny's 600 calories

Lunch - Sandwich with some animal crackers - 400 calories

Dinner - 6 fried shrimp, 4 smalled embrochette, boudin - 900 calories (1900 Calories)

My goal starting today is 1700 calories on a non-workout day and 1900 on a workout day

  2. lost 9 lbs. since we started, hey I'll take 10-12 lbs.per month. Keep it up.
