Today's food intake was too low I think. Yet there is no food in the house worth eating...cue the grocery shopping tomorrow.
Regs - 200
Pot roast, carrots, and a potato - 500
Granola bar - 90
Angel food cake & ready whip - 150
2 small bites of a cupcake - 60
Steak - 200
Mashed Potatoes - 200
TOTAL = 1400
In addition to eating well I got some good exercise today. I walked stairs as normal at work, I walked a few blocks to Kroger at lunch to restock my granola bars and then I spent 3 hours cleaning the house. Seriously, who likes to clean? I dread it so much and when I am doing it I just want to stop and call a maid. Ugh....when can I have enough money for that?
I think I probably burned about 700 calories or more today. Perhaps I should find something else to eat. Nah, I think I will just drink my water and go to bed soon. I HATE eating past 7:00 PM. I absolutely HATE it.
All in all, it's been a pretty good week. Let's see if I can make it through the weekend without eating and eating and eating...and then eating some more.

I only relish in the house being cleaned...not the cleaning itself.
