Sorry for not posting yesterday's sooner, but I had a hectic long day. I did go on a permanent job type interview and it went really well though!
Day 7
Breakfast - 3 donuts 230 each (690 Total Calories) - Too much, but better than the 1400 or so I normally would have eaten
Lunch - McDonalds 10 piece Nuggets 460 calories and a McChicken 350 calories - 810 calories (1500 Calories total)
Dinner - BOB Shrimp wrap 450 calories and tater tots 220 calories -770 calories (2270 Total Calories)
I went and played basketball and tennis at night and easily burned off my 270 extra calories, so I'm good!
Day 8
Breakfast - Frosted Flakes, 2 servings - 300 Calories
Lunch - Bourbon Chicken 180 calories and white rice 250 calories - 430 Calories (730 Calories)
Dinner - Sushi and some sesame chicken - I got a bunch of different pieces and just a rough guess after looking at the average, I'm probably around 1500. I said going in it would be my cheat meal of the week and it looks like I didn't even cheat that badly - 1500 calories (2230 Total Calories)
Add in about 50 calories of cotton candy and we get to 2280 Total Calories for the day. I went over, but that was known going in.
