Okay so today has been strange - I have eaten my granola bar (190), chex (125), pickles (70), chicken with yam and pinto beans - leftovers (200) for a rousing 435. I have no idea what I am eating for dinner I am sure I will find something but we will see. Milk is always my back up plan - kinda high in calories but very delicious.
I still need to go grocery shopping.
Changing one drive past McDonalds, Taco Bell, Chick-fil-a, Whataburger, Jack in the Box, Popeyes...
