steve, back from vacation Philly
Not going to do all the totals, but starved low calories both travel days, less than 1200 each day for sure. Friday we went to Reading mkt. and "shared" many items, but ate small amounts, my guess for the day is about 2000, to include philly cheesstaek, pulled pork hoagie, pepperoni, onion, and roast pepper pizza, thin style, pumpkin roll, apple Amish dessert of some sort, homemade chocolate icecream, but I just had a few bites of each. It could have been a lot worse, but I was way full and uncomfortable as my stomach has definitely shrunk up since we started this diet. Saturday we had 200 for breakfast, oatmeal and yogurt, then two plain hotdogs w/mustard only at tournament, say 650 with cheetos. Had grilled chicken bonelss breasts, 2 and corn for dinner, say 550, so 1400 for day. All in all I behaved myself admirably and got to taste the regional fare at the same time. Today back to the grind, off to exercise.
