day14-Steve

Had all healthy meals last few days staying within 1300 and high-protein. Feel better for it. Stepped up my exercise to include ab-crunches and side-bends and added more resistance to upper body regimen. Food yesterday was poached eggs and drytoast, 240; chef salad w/turkey and cheese, 300; gumbo,300; 3x100 calorie snacks, 1140 for day. Worked out over an hour. Heading to Philly tomorrow, i'm sure I can find someone to eat half of my cheesesteak. Excited and terrified about the flights to and from, should be interesting, my first since the fall.
