Psych!

Psych!! Add 355 to my total. I totally had another piece of pizza...I was so freakin hungry!!! Calculated biking and swimming and I supposedly burned 340....could that really be accurate? So I went over my 1500 by alot, but I'm wondering if the exercise took care of it.

  1. yea, you should subtract the calories you burned :)

  2. When you are still hungry, drink a large glass of water and wait 20 mins. More often than not hunger will be gone.

  3. Yes, I need to work on that self-discipline with food is not a something I've ever practiced much. Def room for improvement!
