Today I have eaten regs 200, Seafood Salad from Sabine River - 300, 2 small pieces of bread w/butter 250. It sounds like I did really really good, HOWEVER I really really really......really really......really wanted the grilled chicken sandwich croissant with bacon, cheese and honey mustard. BUT somehow I managed to mutter the words Seafood Salad instead. I say 300 but it was probably 200-250, all it had on it was baby shrimp, crab, tilapia chunks, lettuce, barely any cheese, and 50 calories worth of balsalmic vinegarette. I did gooooooooooood!!!
I am going to eat a cupcake at the baby shower today, so beware, but I may knock off half the icing, unless it's whipped. Tonight, Dorinda and I are getting dinner somewhere so I hope I can control myself there!
