Well, staying under the calories everyday could not last I am over by 15 calories for today a total of 1215 - I can eat no more. I know it does not seem like a lot but it could start a bad habit. I managed to avoid Shipley's Donuts and Chinese food - but I had just a scoop too much of ground turkey.
Well, it was still a good day - orange, banana, rice chex, a cup of soup, chicken, some veggies and eggs and ground turkey - no real exercise to be mentioned but maybe tomorrow.
Still changing one day at a time.

This is a good point; I've been lazy about not staying at or below 1500. In my head as long as I'm like 1500 and some "change" is fine.....probably not a good mentality. Need to set my limit at 1400, then when I eat over and make change it's OK.
ReplyDeleteI have set mine between 1200 and 1300 for that reason, cuz I know darn well I could have set it at 1500 and still lose. I figure if I can knock of an additional 200 give or take, then bonus. Anyhoo, Paula, that is GREAT in my system of stats. Keep it up dodging the donuts and such.
