Day 7 - Amber

Walked the dog this morning..was a bit challenging - my knees were tired afterward for sure. But it wasn't as intense as bike riding. My knees already feel better and should be fine for swimming tomorrow.

Ran out of time and did not get to lift weights or tone. So I might do arms tomorrow, and legs Thursday.

Calorie-wise. If you subtract the workout calories, I'm at 1511. I think I calculated I burned about 250 calories walking. We walked for about an hour. Only got in 4 veggies, but good on water and fruit!

Now to rest....looking foward to the day my endurance builds and I can have a hard core workout. Maybe in a few months...patience is not my virtue.
