Well, it's almost bedtime, but a little rant and then the day. Ryan and I went to 24 Hour Fitness in Pearland tonight to play basketball. Now mind you it is a Shaq edition, as in Shaquille O'Neal, Texas' own NBA superstar. One little problem, they don't have a basketball court. How in the world is that possible??? I mean, it just doesn't make any sense at all. On to the calories:
Breakfast - I got caught in limbo of it being 9:30 and I hate eating breakfast so close to lunch. Had a Strawberry Light Yogurt - 100 Calories
Lunch - Subway wanted me to eat a meatball sub, heck I wanted me to eat one, but I had the Oven Roasted Chicken because it was physically the same amount of food with 400 less calories. - 740 Calories (840 total)
Dinner - 10 ounce Steak and Mashed taters - 570 for the steak, 200 for the Taters - 770 Calories (1610 Total)
Snack - I had a bit of chocolate (100), some Pez (30) and 200 calories worth of grapes - 330 Calories (1910 Total)
Then I worked out on an elliptical for 35 minutes and burned 400 calories. I felt good about that because first idea was to leave the gym after there wasn't a basketball court, so I'm proud of myself (and Ryan for suggesting it).

Hilarious about the Shaq attack. Great food day and exercise. All in all a day to be proud of. Keep up the good work.
