Day 5 -- Lee

I think I might have gone over but made it up with playing basketball.  Let's see

Breakfast - 3 Donuts 230 a piece - 690 Calories
Lunch - Grilled Chicken Salad 400 Calories, Fried Okra 250 Calories, 2 Rolls 360 - 1010 Calories (1700 Total)
Dinner - 1 Shrimp Taco 200, 1 Chicken Taco 225, 1 taco no meat 175 - 600 Calories (2300 Calories Total)

Played basketball for an hour and a half.  Not sure how much that burned, but it seemed like a lot and I'm sure it was at least 300 calories

  1. 798 for just shooting baskets, 1400 for playing a full on game. Probably around 900 considering any breaks etc....good job baby!
