Breakfast - Cereal 300 Calories (300 Total Calories)
Lunch - Digiorno pizza 1050 Calories (1350 Total Calories)
Dinner - Not sure, but I will likely go over today and need to get on the treadmill tonight. I have been having a rougher time the last few days being much hungrier for some reason. That said, I'll do my best to make sure I don't net out to more than 2000 today. Next week I go down to 1800 so I need to do better
UPDATE: Dinner 460 calories of chicken nuggetts and 150 from an ice cream cone for 610 calories and I had 300 calories of ice cream at night (bad idea I know) but had burned 350 calories on the treadmill earlier. (2260 Total Calories - 350 on the treadmill)

ReplyDeleteYou can do it - just eat more of lower calorie stuff - celery and laughing cow cheese - I am telling you it can get you over the hurdle.
