Day 11 - Amber

Let's just be honest today hasn't been the best day. I rationed my calories all day long because I knew we were going to Reunion tower to eat appetizers. But still by the time I got there I only had a couple hundred left. I had a coconut rum and coke, and Caleb and I split spring rolls and tiny dumplings. No clue how many calories any of those are. Without counting those 3 things i sit at a 1435, so I definitely did not have a sane day yesterday. Oneida made this AMAZING snack called a Mexican Cocktail (no alcohol lol, it's food) but it had avocados in it. They didn't help me yesterday. Were racking up my calories fast. I', glad it was avacado though, that was doing it and not cookie dough this time... Either way bad day. 4 veggies, 1fruit, 500 C water lol. It was a day full of rationing but no success.

  1. I would say you were well over 2000 calories with those 3 things added....oops! rum and coke alone is not good!! next time do diet coke. lol Get back on track today woman!
