Day 2 - Amber

Made it!! Got 5 veggies in and about 1.5 fruits, 8 cups of water and I'm at just about 1500....I'm going to skip daily explaining how I got to 1500 because it would probably be a little tedious for example today i had: coffe, almonds, toast, homeade butternut squash soup, Pirates Booty, Brocolli and cheese, Cucumbers, tomatoes, Lean Cuisine Pizza, Coke, Green beans and tomatoes, peaches and Dove Chocolate......on any given day I eat just as many small portions that add up to the total...so I won't include my food, but I will always include the final total. I savored my last 140 calories with Dove milk chocolate with almonds in it....it was SOOO hard to put that last little chunk down that would add on another 30 calories. I kept thinking "It's only 30 calories....geeze, Amber." It's so hard to be controlled in the chocolate arena....I'm still wanting to eat that piece. :-( But I put it down, it helps to know I'm not alone. No exercise today. But I stole Ryan's bike this week and got some decent arm toning workout lugging it into the bathroom trying to clean it up....SO that tomorrow I can bike to the pool and complete my 3rd workout for the week!!! Got a lapswim bathing suit today to swim my laps, too. Buying workout clothes always makes me wanna work out!! And sucess to doing my clams (physical therapy hip exercises) during Grey's Anatomy. YES!! The goal is to do some weights on Saturday since I didn't do much today. One step at a time. Thanks guys for helping me get my butt into gear.
