Today was a great food day for me. After my 300 cal breakfast we went to church and I avoided the delicious muffin and doughnut spread. I decided to drink some tea, but instead of my usual 2 tsp serving of sugar in it I decided to go with the 0 calorie sweet-n-low, though I think it was some off brand. I put 2 packets in and it was WAY too much sweetner. I think next Sunday I will use 1 packet. Not bad, I guess I could get use to sweet-n-low until I hit my goal weight. Man I love real sugar!
After church we headed to Central Texas BBQ where I ate a southwestern salad without the guac and beans it normally comes with. I did eat a ton of ranch and one roll with it. 700 cals.
Tonight Lee and I had chicken fajitas for dinner and I added a granola bar to that. 500 cals.
TOTAL for the day = 1500
I took the boys to the park for an hour, pushed Austin on the swing, watched the boys play on the playground, didn't really burn many calories but I got out in the beautiful weather. I did run with Jacob in tow to the bathroom across the park because he had to go #2 really bad, and I was trying to get him there before he did it in his shorts. I guess I burned 50 cals doing that?? Maybe?
Hoping for a low number tomorrow for my weekly weigh in.

ReplyDeleteDude, watch out for the ranch - I just found out that Ranch is like 120 cals per tsp or tbsp. Danger, danger, danger.
