Day 7a - Brooke

Yes 7a because I will post 7b later, and maybe even 7c :)

Today has been great as well, I woke up and weighed 181.2, which is .6 less than yesterday, which was very encouraging in itself. I had my normal regs 200, then got to work and had grapes 70 for a morning snack. At lunch I had a beef fajita healthy choice meal 360 with raisins 130 and a granola bar 90. TOTAL = 850. I will keep this number low because we are eating Beef O'Brady's tonight to use our mysterious coupons we were given and I will either get grilled chicken and broccoli or a grilled chicken wrap. Either way the calories should be ok. I am thinking Lee and I should get a big fat brownie with ice cream to celebrate his job, BUT I think we will avoid that. We can celebrate some other way.

I took the dreaded stairs today, as usual and I kept thinking that it was easier today than it was a few months ago. I remember it use to take 5 minutes for me to catch my breath and my legs were always burning. NOW it takes me 10 seconds to catch my breath and my legs never hurt. Pretty amazing actually. I wonder what other everyday activities I can do a different way to exercise. Anyone have suggestions for my arms?

  1. squeeze a rubber ball or tennis ball while you walk, or carry something and curl it as you walk, something heavy like your paycheck. Keep it up. Have fun tonight at the restaurant.
