I'm getting to this on the day after because I had a poker game last night and when I got home I stayed up to do it but then forgot.
I was doing well yesterday and then, well, you'll see at the end
Breakfast - 2 servings of Honey Nut Cheerios with 2% milk. Says 150 per for skim, but I don't drink the milk and I pour out any that comes with the bite of cereal, so I'm probably under that, but say - 300 Calories
Lunch - So I had Mickey D's because I couldn't think of anything else. 8 nuggets (46 calories a piece) and a medium fry (380) with a Diet DP. - 748 Calories (1048 total for the day)
Snacks - I chomped on a couple of Pez pieces, it's like 30 calories for the whole sleeve so for error that's what we'll say - 30 Calories (1078 total for the day)
Dinner - I love El Rey, it is fantastic. I had 4 shrimp tacos for dinner, I'm guestimating here, but a general chicken fajita is about 250 a piece, and these are smaller with no guac and shrimp versus chicken, so we'll say 225 which is probably high. - 900 Calories (1978 total for the day)
Then I blew it at the end with two Little Debbie Chocolate Chip Snack Cakes, though I was pleasantly surprised just now to see that they are "only" 300 calories for 2 of them. Frankly I was pretty hungry at this point, but I still should have sucked it up.
GRAND TOTAL - 2278 Calories for the day
Weight - I actually weighed myself this morning just to see and I was 264.6, so I've lost almost 5 pounds which is nice. I'll do my best not to go over today.
